Shipping & Delivery

  1. Shipping
    We will deliver products to the address you specify in your Order. Shipping timelines, carriers, and costs are set out on the Website (or in the order confirmation).
  2. Risk & Title
    Risk of loss or damage transfers to you when the Product is delivered to your address. Ownership (title) passes to you only after full payment is made.
  3. Delays / Unavailability
    We are not liable for delays caused by external factors (e.g. shipping carrier delays, customs, natural calamities). If unable to fulfill, we will notify you and issue a refund or substitute.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Cancellation
    You may cancel an Order before it is dispatched (if the Website supports that). After dispatch, cancellations may not be possible.
  • Returns & Refunds
    Our Returns Policy (separate page) governs returns, exchanges, refunds. Generally:
    • You must return the Product in original condition, unused, with all tags/packaging.
    • You may bear shipping cost for returns (unless the return is due to our error).
    • Refund will be processed within a certain number of days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Defective / Damaged Goods
    If you receive a defective or damaged Product, you must notify us within  7 days and provide photographic evidence. We may arrange for a replacement or refund per our policy.
